What Free includes
Free includes core features and MCP, with up to 100 tasks per account and 5 MB per attachment. The 100-task limit is an account total, not a monthly allowance.
A task and its note count as one item. Writing more in the same note adds no item; every subtask counts separately.
Completed and trashed tasks still count
Completion retains the record, so it still counts. Moving a task to Trash does not free quota; permanent deletion does.
At the limit, review records you no longer need or check the in-app Pro upgrade option.
Upgrade and manage your subscription
Pro currently costs 5 USD per month, with unlimited tasks and attachments without a plan-imposed file size limit. View your plan and subscription management in the app.

Existing content remains after returning to Free
Existing tasks and attachments remain available. You can read, edit, and delete tasks and download existing files.
At 100 tasks or more, reduce the total below 100 or subscribe to Pro to create more. New Free uploads are limited to 5 MB per file.
