Prepare for the team meeting
Keep it focused: progress, one useful idea, and clear next steps.
Discussion notes
What moved forward this week? Where do we need a decision?
Most note systems become another project to maintain. Here, notes come from the work you’re already doing.
TodoNote demo: open an untagged task for preparing a team meeting, open its product thinking subtask with an existing note, then find the same note under Areas → Product. Only the useful subtask is tagged.
01To-do
Add what you need to do today, this week, or someday. Clear your head for the work in front of you.
TodoNote demo: Maya adds Send the meeting recap to Unscheduled and Prepare for the team meeting to Today. Today also contains Reply to Alex, Go for a walk, and Book the train tickets.
02Write
Research, drafts, decisions — write them in the task as you work. When a next step becomes clear, add a subtask and give it a date.
TodoNote demo: Maya writes notes for Prepare for the team meeting, keeps Review this week’s progress and Product thinking to share, then adds Put together the agenda and schedules it for Tomorrow.
03Note
Add tags to useful records so you can find them again, reuse them, and keep adding to them. Your notes take shape naturally as you move things forward.
TodoNote demo: start with Today and Maya’s open Product thinking to share note under Prepare for the team meeting. Add Areas/Product, then find the same note beside the Product notes shown in the hero. The task stays unchecked.
TodoNote brings to-dos and notes together. Plan tasks by day, keep research, drafts, and decisions inside each task, and use tags to find useful records again.
Each task is also a page you can write in. Add ideas, materials, and progress as you work. When a next step needs its own schedule or completion status, add it as a subtask.
See a task-and-note workflowNo. A task can stay a simple to-do. Write something down when it helps you think, move the work forward, or remember it later.
Completing a task keeps everything you wrote in it. You can find it in your completed tasks, or add tags to useful records to return to them by topic. You can still read and edit the notes after the task is done.
Find useful notes from completed workStart with the task at hand. Use tags to group useful records by topic and search to find them again. You don’t need to set up folders before you start.
TodoNote has a free plan with all core features, including MCP access. Each account can keep 100 tasks, including subtasks, completed tasks, and tasks in the trash. Notes within a task do not count separately. Attachments can be up to 5 MB per file. Pro costs $5 USD per month for unlimited tasks and attachments.
